David Garrett - A Woods Lament (1960)
Kettering poet David Garrett wrote this in the 1960's when Weekley Hall Wood was first being destroying for ironstone quarries.
Now in his 80's David performed it at the Winter Woodland Festival for us.
Loz Anstey - Save Weekley Hall Wood (2021)
Spoken word artist Loz wrote this piece in 2021 and performed it for the first time at the Pleasure Park Community Festival in August.
It is set to photographs taken by Dan Whitney and Adam Riley.
